How to join/ eligibility

To join this career-building course, you need class 12 or 10+2 in Arts, Science, Commerce or any other field. A 3-year diploma in engineering or other field, from a state board of technical education, is also valid.

Job roles

Passenger handling

As a passenger handling executive, you ensure smooth check-in, luggage transfer & ticket services for customers. The good service that you provide adds to the goodwill of the airline.  

Cabin crew

As a cabin crew member, you will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during an airline flight. You will also be responsible for briefing the passengers on safety standards specific to the aircraft in a safety demonstration.

Cargo & transportation

You will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of all cargo. Coordinate & supervise the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage.

Fares & ticketing

Fares & ticketing executives take and confirm passengers reservations for transportation. You will also issue tickets and answer questions about itineraries & rates, prepare invoices outlining rates and fees, and accept payment from passengers. 

In-flight services & security

In-flight service & security job includes hazard identification, occurrence reporting, risk management, and safety assurance.  It is your duty to ensure overall safety & security of the passengers & staff members in the flight. 

Load & trim

As a load & trim officer, you will do the weight & balance calculation of aircraft as per the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo & mail on the aircraft, issue loading instructions & load sheet, and adhere to the statutory & regulatory requirements for safe loading of aircraft.

Customer Service

As an airline customer service agent, you will be responsible for making sure that passengers and their luggage safely board the right aircraft at the right time. You need to give passengers a warm welcome and ensure a positive experience. 

Baggage Handling

Baggage handlers ensure that the passengers' luggage arrives according to its final destination tag, on time. You will be responsible for sorting and stacking of baggage.
